Earlier today, City of Cayce Department of Public Safety officers were dispatched to assist two people that fell into the water while boating on the Congaree River.

The City of Cayce appreciates the swift actions of our officers and of the citizens that acted quickly in the rescue. Both people have been transported at this time. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
