Sgt. Evan Antley of the Cayce Department of Public Safety conducted a press briefing regarding the Faye Swetlik case at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday.

He asked onlookers to stay away from the Churchill Heights neighborhood where 6-year-old Faye Swetlik went missing from about 3:45 Monday afternoon.

Antley said the investigation area has widened toward the interstate near the Faye’s home.

He also asked that the public avoid rumors, and get all information regarding the investigation to the City of Cayce Public Public Safety Department’s social media pages.
