From Ashley Hunter, City of Cayce – The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department and the Cayce Police Department are partnering to host a Roundtable Information Fair at 6 p.m., Wednesday at  La Estrella. La Estrella is an Hispanic-owned Cayce businesses, It’s popular Mexican restaurant, meat market and taqueria are at 1921 Airport Blvd.

Members of the Hispanic community are invited to meet with new Cayce Police Chief, Chris Cowan, and the officers of the Cayce Police Department.

Cowan stated, “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to hear from the members of our Hispanic-centered businesses and community here in Cayce. Spending time with our community leaders, business-owners and our Hispanic families is critical to our success as law enforcement officers that want to build a strong relationship with all of our citizens.”
