Cayce Mayor Elise Partin received the 2025 Leadership Award from the Women in Municipal Government in November. More than 250 women attended the WIMG luncheon where the award was presented.

The National League of Cities 2025 City Summit was held in Salt Lake City, UT.

The summit consisted of work sessions and networking opportunities for city leaders from all over the country. Cayce City Councilman Byron Thomas attended and he said: “I can’t wait to bring new tools, knowledge, and inspiration back home to Cayce.”

Attendees planned events as they took ideas from other city leaders of initiatives that work elsewhere to apply to their municipalities.
