Cayce City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, at Cayce City Hall, 1800 12th St., Cayce.

Council will discuss: rezoning property at 1213 State St.; a surety bond for the Congaree Bluff Subdivision.

In closed session: council will discuss; a waterline project; a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District; sewer service and contractual arrangement between the City of Cayce and Lexington School District 2.
