
Cayce Announces the Hiring of Kristen Hall as New Municipal Clerk
The City of Cayce is proud to announce the hiring of Kristen Hall as its new Municipal Clerk, bringing more than two decades of public service experience in administrative leadership, public safety operations, and organizational management to the role.

Hall currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police at the Cayce Police Department, where she has played a key role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring the efficiency of daily operations. In this capacity, she has managed sensitive records, coordinated communications, and contributed to the department’s administrative and operational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Hall spent eight years with the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, supporting statewide law enforcement training programs and coordinating logistics for agencies across South Carolina. Her experience also includes administrative roles in both higher education law enforcement and healthcare settings, further strengthening her well-rounded professional background.

We are confident she will serve our community with integrity and excellence in this important role.”
Hall is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at North Greenville University, reflecting her continued dedication to professional growth and development.
As Municipal Clerk, Hall will play a vital role in maintaining official city records, supporting municipal operations, and ensuring transparency and efficiency in local government processes. Her leadership and expertise are expected to further strengthen the City of Cayce’s commitment to responsive and effective public service.
