Cayce Elementary, Cyril B. Busbee Creative Arts Academy and Lexington 2 Innovation Center will be open Wednesday, on normal operating schedules. Bottled water is on site at each school for use. Breakfast, lunch will be served at Cayce and Busbee. The schools dismissed early Tuesday beacuse of a water line break
