Airport outscores Mid-Carolina, BC short versus Lexington in jamboree

Airport and Brookland-Cayce  played Friday night at Chapin High School in the Aun and McKay Kickoff Classic jamboree. There were four games  at Cecil Woolbright Field. Airport scored 20 to 7 for  Mid-Carolina  in the pre-season matchup. Homicide victim identified by coroner

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who was shot at approximately 4 p.m. on Tuesday, at River Oaks Apartment on Bush River Road in Columbia.
