Columbia Canal repair closes side of Klapman Boulevard

The West Columbia Police Department is reporting that Jarvis Klapman Boulevard eastbound into Columbia is still shut down due to work on the Columbia canal. The canal was breached due to flood waters. The police department does not have a time frame on when it will reopen. Click on images to enlarge:
