A vehicle left the road and overturned in a parking lot resulted in an inbound lane of Sunset Blvd (US-378) being closed, Monday afternoon. The two-vehicle collision occurred at Palmetto Park Blvd. The the entrance and exit lanes of the Hobby Lobby parking lot were closed before 4:30 p.m., while the site was cleared. Before 5:30 p.m., all lanes of Sunset Blvd were reopened.

This collision is under investigation by the Lexington Police Traffic Safety Unit officers. One driver failed to yield the right of way causing the wreck, said police.
