There’s a new work-out in town. Capital Climbing Cayce – a rock-climbing training facility – opened last Saturday in Parkland Plaza in Cayce.

It offers several training options in a more than 2,000-sq. ft. building that sits between East Bay Deli and Planet Fitness. The gym has programs for experienced climbers and newcomers, with marked routes and rental climbing shoes.
