It was Round Two of the State Playoffs. With the win, BC will move on to play at Ridgeland-Hardeville on Tuesday. The winner of that game advances to the Lower State championship game next Saturday.

“We played lights out. We didn’t let up,” said BC Basketball Coach Robert Wells after the game.

BC was in control the whole game, up 27-15 at halftime. By the end of the third quarter, B-C had stretched its lead to 19, at 43-24.

The Bearcats’ basketball facility was packed for the game.  The Bearcats go to 17-8 with the win. It was win No. 14 in a row for BC.  The loss dropped the Wolves to 14-9.

The win avenged B-C’s 54-41 loss on Dec. 17 at Timberland.
