The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources located the body of Mr. Terrance Dealta Butler, 31, of Edgefield, at 7:45 A.M. Wednesday, The body was recovered from Lake Murray near the tournament ramp in close proximity to Dreher Island State Park in Newberry County.

Mr. Butler had been reported missing by friends and family on July 31, at 4:20 P.M. after falling overboard from a boat in the water near Ivy Link Road in Leesville which is located in Lexington County. 

An autopsy is being performed on Thursday.  Results will be released as soon as they are received. 

The Department of Natural Resources continues to investigate this incident.
