Bob Morgan, President and CEO of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, was at Stone River Thursday.

Morgan was in West Columbia where leaders of the Cayce-West Columbia Chamber, the Lexington Chamber and the Columbia Chamber gathered. He spoke about the SC Chamber’s “Grassroots Initiatives” for 2023-24.

“It was great to have the state Chamber president in town to share ideas and information from a statewide perspective,” said Tim James, President and CEO of the Cayce-West Columbia Chamber.

As president, Morgan has spearheaded the SC Chamber’s operations and advocacy to ensure efforts are laser-focused on the Chamber’s vision – to make South Carolina’s economy the most vibrant in the United States, creating opportunity and prosperity for all.
