At the Regular West Columbia City Council meeting on Aug. 4, Mayor Tem Miles and City Council recognized Bishop Wade Roof of Mount Tabor Lutheran Church in West Columbia for his election as Bishop of the South Carolina Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.
