The Brookland-Cayce Boys basketball team ended the regular season on a 13-game winning streak, and it goes into the state playoffs as a Lower State No. 1 Seed in 3A. BC won Region 5 with a 10-0 conference record.

Head Coach Robert Wells said his team is playing with maturity and confidence and will benefit from its experience in the playoffs last year.

The Bearcats will host Bluffton in Cayce Tuesday night. If BC wins that game, the team is guaranteed to be home for the next playoff game, too.

The Brookland-Cayce Girls Team also made the 3A State Playoffs. The team plays at Battery Creek on Monday night.
