The Brookland-Cayce Competitive Cheer Team was recognized for its historic season at the Lexington 2 School Board meeting, Thursday night. The team is coached by Alicia Dickerson. She is assisted by her sister Beth Branham, who is a Lexington 2 Board member. Both are in the photo.

The BC Cheer team was runner-up in the State Championships on Nov. 9, in competition at Colonial Life Arena. The team also achieved the highest ranking in 3A Region 5 and the highest ranking in the Lower State. Click on image below to enlarge.
