Officers clear road after crash in Lexington

A collision on Sunset Blvd. at I-20 has traffic slowed or stopped in the area Wednesday afternoon before 2 p.m. Vehicles involved were removed from the road by Lexington Police officers and Lexington County Sheriff’s Department Traffic Division deputies. The collision was caused by a driver disregarding the traffic signal light.

Cayce DPS responds to FedEx truck on fire at I-77 ramp

The Cayce Department of Public Safety worked to clear a scene at the I-77 and I-26 interchange, before noon Wednesday. The DPS responded to a FedEx truck that was on fire. The ramp from I-77 south to I-26 west was shut down, but was expected to be open again by noon.
