The West Columbia Riverwalk Park and Amphitheater is open from the Amphitheater to the south end (toward Cayce) of the Riverwalk. The Moffatt Street entrance to the West Columbia Riverwalk remains closed due to flooding.

The Rainbow Drive bridge over I-26 in West Columbia opened at 2 p.m. Wednesday, according to the S.C. Department of Transportation.
