Juston Ricard elected mayor of Springdale, replaces Michael Bishop who did not run

Juston Ricard was elected mayor of the Town of Springdale, Tuesday. Ricard received at 362 votes to 157 votes for Viki Sox Fecas.Incumbent Mayor Michael Bishop did not run for reelection after serving two four-year terms. When Bishop was elected he said he would only serve a maximum of eight years.
