Architect firm of LS3P chooses West Columbia for its offices, ribbon is cut on Thursday
The architect firm of LS3P cut the ribbon on its new office in West Columbia, Thursday. It’s at : 103 State Street in the Brookland Development.
The ribbon-cutting was a joint ribbon cutting with the Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce and the Lexington Chamber.
LS3P is based in Charleston, said Mary Beth Branham who manages the West Columbia office. There are LS3P offices throughout the Southeast.
“This firm could have chosen to locate anywhere, but LS3P chose to invest in West Columbia,” said C-WC Chamber President and CEO Tim James. “This is phenomenal.”
West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles said LS3P is the “perfect professional service group” for the high-profile Brookland Development. He also said there is so much development around it.
US Rep. Joe Wilson said the new office is in the middle of everything and compliments the River District and the West Columbia Riverwalk. West Columbia City Council Members Sarah Mattern and David Moye attended. Cayce City Councilman Byron Thomas attended, too.
