Anna Huffman has been named as the public information officer for the City of West Columbia.

Huffman has been overseeing the city’s social media presence, said Brian Carter, West Columbia deputy administrator.
“As the city’s PIO, Anna will be the primary point of contact for media representatives and coordinate all Freedom of Information Act requests, press releases and public announcements related to city business,” said Carter.
