Amazon said it will hire about 3,000 people in South Carolina for the upcoming holiday season.
On the website Amazon.com, the company announced plans last week to hire close to 120,000 workers for its facilities nationwide

At its Cayce-West Columbia facility, warehouse jobs are being offered on one website link.

There is also a message on one site linked to Amazon jobs that reads: WALK IN – NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED! MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM – 6PM, SATURDAY 9AM – 3PM, SUNDAY 10AM – 3PM.
The Amazon hiring center is at 2337 Augusta Rd. West Columbia.

There is also an Amazon Fulfillment Center in Spartanburg that packages and ships large items.
