Airport High School students present check for nearly $30,000 to Prisma Health Children’s Hospital and Camp Kemo

Airport High School students presented a check this month for nearly $30,000 to Prisma Health Children’s Hospital and Camp Kemo, proceeds from the Lexington Two school’s annual fundraiser to help children with cancer attend summer camp. The event, a favorite tradition organized by Student Council, is a true community effort, supported by Airport students, administrators, teachers, staff, families and local businesses. Since the event first started nearly 30 years ago, an estimated $600,000 has been raised for Camp Kemo.
