Lots of rain over the weekend, into Super Bowl Sunday resulted in swollen streams and a high water level on the Congaree River. These videos are from the Gervais Street Bridge and Botanical Parkway in West Columbia. The cofferdam at the bridge is filled to the brim with water. A portion of Riverwalk was closed, Sunday.
