Lexingtom County Fire Service units responded to the 900 block of Bethany Church Road for a residential structure fire at approximately 3:15 Monday morning.

In total, eight fire units and 18 personnel, along with LCEMS, responded to the blaze. No injuries were reported, but four people were displaced. The American Red Cross was contacted to assist the displaced.

Initial damages are estimated to be $40,000, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Lexington County photo.
