Remember this building. It’s at 228 N Parson Street. The building is still there, according to a Facebook post by the City of West Columbia. According to the photo, the property was called Colonial – Hites Company. It  later became Colite Signs. The picture is from the mid 1950s, and is the City of West Columbia’s. As the City of West Columbia is seeing continued development, the site is a great location for a new business enterprise.
