NAI Columbia has announced the sale of 62.95 acres of land.

The property sold is located between Jessamine Road and Leaphart Road in West Columbia. It is off of Mineral Springs Road, close to Oak Grove. Other addresses in the vicinity of the property indicate it is in the 1700 block of Jessamine Road.

Senior brokers Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly represented the seller in the transaction, according to a release from NAI Columbia. The property sold for $1,340,400 to Mungo Homes.
