Lots of rain this week has swollen some of the creeks in the area. This stream borders the residential neighborhood of Westover Acres. It runs into Double Branch, and eventually into the Saluda River, in West Columbia, near Botanical Parkway.

Rain is predicted for Friday evening, and more rain Sunday. Earlier this week, portions of the West Columbia Riverwalk, and the Cayce Riverwalk were closed due to flooding on the Saluda and Congaree rivers.
