Incumbent Town of Lexington Mayor Steve MacDougall defeated challenger Ron Williams, It’s MacDougall’s second term as mayor.
MacDougall got 3878 votes or 55 percent, to Williams’ 3137 votes, or 45 percent.
There were four candidates running for three seats on Lexington Town Council. Hazel Livingston, Kathy Maness and Todd Lyle were re- elected to Lexington Town Council
Livingston got 4678 vote or 28 percent. Maness got 4485 votes or 27 percent and Lyle
received 4038 votes or 24 percent.
Former Councilman Todd Shevchik finished fourth with 3377 votes and 20 percent.
