Doug Allen from Adluh Flour will be at State Street Trading Company on State Street in West Columbia on Friday, Oct. 5, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Adluh has been voted the most iconic symbol of the Columbia area.

Allen will give a brief talk on the history of Adluh and he will be giving away a free Adluh gift basket to the lucky winner.
Photographer Jim Cheatham will be showcasing his artwork of Adluh and other iconic buildings and structures in the area.
Shrimp and Adluh grits will be served along with other goodies, plus beer and wine.
