The Courtyard by Marriott in Cayce has opened. The hotel opened last week.
The property features 100 rooms, a Bistro with a full service bar, 683-sq.-ft. of meeting space, an indoor pool, a fitness room, a business center, a market pantry, a guest laundry room, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and a grill.

Raines Hospitality management company, based in Florence, will manage the hotel

Ground was broken on the facility in March of 2016. It’s at 1125 Fort Congaree Trail close to the I-77 exit ramp onto 12th Street Extension. The Courtyard by Marriott joins a new corporate hub in SCANA’s Otarre Pointe Development.

The property is positioned not only near SCANA’s corporate headquarters, but also the Amazon distribution center, Nephron Pharmaceuticals and adjacent to the award winning Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center.
SCANA Corporation owns a majority of the land in the area, and is currently working on securing new development.
