Lexington 2 players make All-Midlands football team, Pringle, Richardson First Team
Sevreral Lexington 2 high school football players made the All-Midlands football team. Brookland-Cayce’s Tay Pringle and Airport’s Kerryon Richardson made the First Team. The team was selected by Lou Bejak, Prep Editor for The State Newspaper.
Lexington 2 players on the All-Midlands team are:
DE – Tay Pringle, Brookland-Cayce– First Team- He had 76 tackles, 26 for loss and four sacks, Shrine Bowl selection and Coastal Carolina commit
DB – Kerryon Richardson, Airport – First Team- He had 40 tackles, 16 pass breakups and three interceptions; on offense, had 694 total yards and 11 total touchdowns, including special teams; Shrine Bowl selection and Georgia State commit
