Ground was broken for Cayce’s Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in the last week of March. When construction began a tentative open date of the fourth quarter of 2016 was announced.    

The hotel is being built on Fort Congaree Trail in Cayce, off of 12 Street Extension. It is adjacent to the Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center. The hotel will feature 100 rooms, a Bistro with a full service bar, meeting space, an indoor pool, a fitness room, a business center, a market pantry, a guest laundry room, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and a grill.

The hotel is near SCANA’s Corporate Headquarters at the I-77/I-26 intersection. The property is also near the Amazon distribution center and Nephron Pharmaceuticals headquarters.  

SpringBridge Development, LLC is building the hotel. SCANA Corporation owns a majority of the land in the area, and is currently working on securing new development.
