West Columbia Police Team-up for Prescription Pill Take Back
Turn in your expired medications for safe disposal on Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the West Columbia BILO 2349 Augusta Road or Medicine Mart located at 1300 Sunset Blvd.
The West Columbia Police Department, BILO and Medicine Mart are partnering with the Rise Above it Community Coalition for a prescription pill take back.
Prescription medications are ending up in the hands of people who they are not intended for. They are also being improperly disposed of and exposed to the environment.
All medications will be accepted for destruction, no questions asked.
We are grateful to BILO and Medicine Mart for working with us and being available to our community for this event.
