With Hurricane Matthew moving up the East Coast, trucks full of recovery equipment are being staged in Cayce. These four loads of equipment were sitting at a site on Charleston Highway in Cayce Thursday afternoon, in preparation to be moved to the storm site when needed. The hurricane is expected to reach South Carolina on Saturday.
