Springdale Police seek help to find armed robbery suspect
Springdale Police Chief Kevin Cornett is asking for the community’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery that took place on Sunday, Aug. 14.
On the evening of Aug. 14, two men used a firearm to rob an individual who was at the Carolina Lodge located at 2204 Airport Blvd. Both men then left the area.
On the night of Aug. 18, officers with the Springdale Police Department worked with officers from Cayce Department of Public Safety to locate and arrest one of the individuals. Investigators have charged Keith D. Robinson, 19, with armed robbery, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person.
Investigators are asking for assistance from the community in identifying and locating the second individual involved in the incident. That individual is seen in the photo that was taken from surveillance cameras at the hotel, Carolina Lodge.
