Lexington County Councilman Ned Tolar held a Community Input Meeting for his constituents on Thursday.

It was held at Carolina Cafe in Westland Shopping Center on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia.

The meeting was designed to allow residents to speak with Tolar on matters facing Lexington County government.

West Columbia City Councilman Jimmy Brooks was also on hand to discuss issues facing the city of West Columbia.

Tolar represents District 8, which includes portions of West Columbia and Lexington. He said a similar community input meeting will be scheduled for the Lexington area this October.
