Springdale Police Patrolman Chris Manuel was named Law Enforcement Officer of the Month at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber Breakfast, Tuesday. Manuel is pictured with Chamber Board President Vaughan Dozier, Springdale Town Administrator Jeff Stillwell, Operations Commander Capt. Joshua Bice, Chief Kevin Cornett and Manuel.
