West Columbia meets Monday to vote on new water-sewer rate
West Columbia City Council has scheduled a Special Council Meeting for 6 p.m. Monday (June 20.) The meetings are at City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, West Columbia.
There will be a first reading and Public Hearings on the General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, an ordinance for a 2% Hospitality Tax, and an ordinance that will set water sewerage rates at $1-a-month (each) for the first 3,000 gallons of use. Rates will increase with more use.
