Charleston’s Travelin’ Kine played the Rhythm on the River concert on Saturday evening. The Nick Clyburn Band opened the show. It was another perfect evening for music by the river. After a hot day the the breeze picked up, and cooled off the West Columbia Amphitheater.  Allman Brothers sounds, along with the Rolling Stones were heard. And both bands played lots of original music- of theirs- too.

Every week, Hardee’s sponsors a Thickburger-eating contest. Richard (pictured left) won Saturday. He gets free Thickburgers for a year.
