Airport beats Hartsville, wins District Crown
The Airport Eagles defeated Hartsville, 7-3 Friday night to win the District VI State Baseball Championship. Josh Tucker and Zac Feaster had RBIs in the critical game two of the playoff showdown. Airport will host St. James Monday.
Hartsville won game one, but had to beat the Eagles twice to take the District Crown.
Hartsville defeated Airport, 3- 0 in the first game of a two-game set in the State 3A Baseball playoffs.
Clemson signee Andrew Coker threw a two-hitter for Hartsville to force a deciding game.
