Brookland-Cayce DECA shows well at State Conference
BCHS DECA CHAPTER HAS GREAT SHOWING AT STATE CONFERENCE
The Brookland-Cayce High School DECA chapter had a great showing at the DECA State Career Development Conference in Charleston, Feb. 26-28.
Marysusan Williamson, the Brookland-Cayce DECA advisor, said she is “very proud of every student and their hard work.”
Nino Chambers placed first with his Entrepreneurship Growth Plan and was also elected by the state voting delegates as the new VP of Finance on the State Action Team.
Shiaquez Daniels and Ashley Madison placed fourth with their Community Service Plan.
Elexea Elliot and India Sanders placed in the top ten in Hospitality Service Team Decision and Amber Nodine placed in the top ten in the Hospitality Professional Selling Event.
Nino Chambers plans to compete at the International Career Development Conference and attend Leadership Training in Nashville, Tenn. from April 23 -26.
