Eleventh Circuit Solicitor Donnie Myers was charged with driving under the influence, Monday.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Myers was found to have a blood alcohol level of  0.09, just above the allowable limit.
A highway patrol reports said Myers was involved in a single-vehicle accident on Old Chapin Road and Beech Creek Road in Lexington.
