The annual “Run For Our Troops” 5k Run/Walk on Sept. 11, will be hosted by the Cayce-West Columbia Jaycees at the Rish Riverwalk Park and Amphitheater.

There will be no Rhythm on the River Concert. The concerts will resume at 6 p.m., Sept. 18 with The Travelin’ Kine, with Cayla Fralick and Lauren Vaughn.

Proceeds from the “Run For Our Troops” 5k Run/Walk support military veterans and first responders that are coping with physical and emotional injuries resulting from their heroic service to our nation.

Details: $30 entry with race t-shirt On-site We will be accepting on-site registration at the amphitheater parking lot beginning at 4:15pm on race day. We accept debit and credit cards in addition to cash and checks. The race will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. Our opening ceremony will begin at approximately 6:00.
