The plans for that facility are still in the permitting stages. Goodwill will ask for a zoning variance on July 28, in order to prepare the property for construction.

Construction of the Family Dollar Store (Photo below) on Sunset Boulevard, at Hummingbird Drive is progressing. Construction of the  Family Dollar Store began in February. When the store is completed, it will move from the the Food Lion shopping Center, on Sunset.
