Breakfast at Ruiz is conducting a soft opening at 116 State Street in West Columbia. The breakfast-brunch establishment opened a week ago (June 29.) Hours are 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., Tuesday -thru- Sunday.
Breakfast at Ruiz currently has a limited menu, but will expand the menu after a grand opening is held.

Items on the full menu include Shrimp and Grits, French Toast, Waffles, Omelets, and Fresh Fruit.
