Tom Osteen, owner of ATO Ltd and C-WC Chamber Board Member passes away
Mr. Tom Osteen owner of ATO Ltd., 1100 Charleston Highway, West Columbia passed away, Saturday.
Osteen was a member of the Cayce-West Columbia Chamber Board. He was recognized as the Chamber’s Business of the Quarter in February of 2021. A C-WC Chamber announced Osteen’s passing on social media, Monday afternoon.

Osteen and his company donated personal protection equipment to the West Columbia Police Department during the COVID crisis. West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles said ATO Ltd. has been great for the citizens of West Columbia. Then-West Columbia Police Chief Dennis Tyndall also thanked Osteen for the help to the police department.
Osteen was a tireless volunteer for the Chamber.
