Defending 3A State soccer champs Brookland-Cayce defeated Aynor, 10-0, in high school soccer at Brookland-Cayce, Monday.

With the win, the Bearcats will next face Academic Magnet from North Charleston, on Wednesday.
it was a first round game in the SC High School League soccer playoffs.

BC’s Eduardo Membreno scored 3 goals. Auston Duncan had 2 goals and Jose Madrid had 2 goals. Angel Reyes, Lawton Powers, and Alex Rivera scored 1 goal each.

The Bearcats were up 3-0 at halftime and then scored 7 goals in the second half.
