The Human Bean in South Congaree is a favorite of the community
The Human Bean in South Congaree is committed to hospitality.
“We want everyone who comes here to feel welcome,” said Jade Tiner, Human Bean manager. “We want to get to know them. We want to know their families, their children and their dogs. We serve every cup of coffee with kindness.”
The South Congaree Human Bean location is a Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce member. It opened in August of 2020.
Tiner said there have been some challenges to find employees, along with supply-chain issues, because of the COVID pandemic, but The Human Bean has flourished all the same.
“The South Congaree community has responded well to us,” Tiner said.
The Human Bean has become a favorite to many.
“The Human Bean has become a staple for the South Congaree community,” said Cayce-West Columbia Chamber President Tim James. “Many folks makes this a destination point just to enjoy one of their tasty hot or cold beverages, especially at holiday time.”
Tiner is also proud of Human Bean’s community outreach efforts.
Rene Cannon is one Human Being’s customers who was diagnosed with breast cancer.
“We have raised $6,000 through The Human Being, to help her in her fight, Tiner said. The campaign is called: “Coffee for a cure.”
